New Sanctuary Offerings and Updates!!!
We are blessed to be in our 6th year of business here, thanks to you!! We have added a few offerings in line with our mission to provide the space for all beings to thrive. What's new? Services that nourish and enrich you from the inside out. To name a few...Yoga Therapy with Peter, Intuitive Coaching with Stephanie, and yes, the Ultimate 90 Minute Facial! Kindly note our prices will be increasing starting today. We feel lucky it's only the 2nd time in 6 years we have had to do this. To anyone who has taken a yoga class, perhaps you have felt more connected to your body, mind, spirit during and afterward. This is one reason we love yoga! It's about union. When we are on the mat (or the sand), we are invited to practice what it means to be in union- first with ourselves and then with others. We create this union when we stop to feel our toes...notice our breath and coordinate it with our movement...unite intention with where our attention flows...and it goes on. If you're new to yoga and have not yetexperienced this, next time you are in class, look for union. We are still feeling the yoga love as we share this FB picture album from the May Outdoor Yoga Event. Talk about union. It was a blessing to connect with our community...to join together breathing and being one. Practicing union...another powerful practice for life. Nourish...Your Body, Edge, Our Grads by Stephanie
We love and live for the many ways to give and receive nourishment at the Sanctuary! When we nourish ourselves, and one another, life is sweeter. Today I encourage you to nourish... Your Body How? The food you eat, the joyful movement you engage in, the rest and relaxation you allow yourself, and the pampering you gift yourself. Your Edge What? In yoga we use the term "edge" to describe the moment we are holding a pose...and it becomes a challenge and our mind/body wants to quit, yet we stay and push a bit more. We find our "Edge"...the place that isn't comfortable, nor is it painful.Our edge is where we build confidence and learn new ways of being...we grow. And when we grow, we sustain our own sense of deep nourishment. You may explore your edge physically, in yoga, or any activity you enjoy; mentally by exploring practices like meditation that discipline the mind; emotionally by experiencing energy healing to help you release old patterns that no longer serve.
