![]() We love easy, healthy and yummy recipes like this one. These bars are vegan and gluten free. They make for a healthy dessert or afternoon pick me up!! Ingredients 2 1/2 Cups GF Oats 1 Can Pumpkin (15oz) 1/2 Cup Applesauce 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/2 Chocolate Chips 1 Tsp Vanilla 1/2 Tsp each: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 8"x8" greased pan (we love coconut oil spray). Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into bite size pieces!
