Massage relaxes muscles, soothe aches and pains, releases energy blocks, and rejuvenates body, mind, and spirit.
In addition, massage provides safe personal touch which is healing, especially these days when many of us are feeling isolated.
At Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary our custom massage services range from relaxing to deep tissue and therapeutic. They are designed to put you first!

Self Massage for Respiratory Health
Maintain the health of your respiratory system. Massage the whole area on both feet shown above with a moisturizer and use firm pressure. Toe pads are connected to the sinuses and ball of foot is the chest area. Use lavender or another oil if you wish to make it more relaxing. Finish up the whole foot for a complete treatment. Thanks to Chris Pastore, LMT for contributing this!!
