At Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary we offer yoga sessions from beginner to advanced designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels. This includes therapeutic, restorative/gentle as well as vigorous yoga sessions. Our yoga promotes inner and outer health and well-being. In addition to improving flexibility, increasing strength, enhancing balance, and managing pain, yoga is a powerful tool in personal transformation. Yoga has been shown to decrease stress, helping with anxiety and PTSD while improving our mood and outlook on life. When practicing yoga, we become more aware of the mind/body/spirit connection. We draw on many styles of hatha yoga combined with the wisdom teachings of Swami Kripalu. For us, the practice of yoga helps us connect body, mind and spirit.
