Power of Community
Community. Pictured above, our community gathering at WeezieD Bronxville last week to discuss and meditate on the power of good health. Why do we crave coming together in community? Several reasons, here are 2: First, when trying to implement a new healthy habit, think yoga and meditation, plugging into the group energy gives us inspiration and support. Second, when we gather in community with like minded people who are interested in raising consciousness, awareness, improving an aspect of self, we create a powerful high vibe energy field. The power from this energetic field will fill us, fuel us, and help us turn a healthy habit, into a lifestyle. Looking to Plug In? Try Tuesday Morning Yoga with Peter - Learn More. As February approaches many of us are attuned to Valentine's Day. It's hard not to be with all the marketing and such. At the Sanctuary, we love everything love. In our experience, the best way to receive love, is to give love first. You know the saying...give what you want to receive...in giving we receive. It works :) As Valentine's Day approaches, we encourage you to reflect on the many ways to give love. Yes, sometimes it's by giving someone you love a fabulous Sanctuary gift certificate for massage, facial, meditation, energy healing... Other times it's giving a stranger a kind smile...the simple acknowledgment that you see another who is also doing their best, and wants to feel loved. What a gift. A book suggestion from Stephanie for those of you deepening into becoming love, "Everybody, Always" by Bob Goff. Yummy, Healthy, Indulgent, Energizing Creation from Stephanie's Kitchen.

Honoring Passions by Stephanie
Last week I spoke about the importance of having a theme for 2019. This week I am wondering if you have come up with your theme and if so, how are you acting upon it daily? As for me, so far it's been quite easy taking action on my 2019 theme (which is honoring/living my passions everyday). A big part of the "ease" came from being on vacation (passion) in a warm place (passion) doing things I love like yoga, beach walks, etc. If you have not yet chosen a 2019 theme, or haven't yet made time for the honoring, it's not too late!!! I've been logging my daily passion on both my facebook and instagram pages if you want inspiration or to follow! Life is too, live it well!! Gentle/Moderate Yoga Classes with Peter
