How we manage our body, mind, spirit -- energy -- during this covid-19 pandemic is crucial to our health & well-being today-- and what we will create for our future. This isn't going away anytime soon.
Join Stephanie to discuss ways to stay positive & healthy in body, mind & spirit during this time. At the end of the session, she will lead a guided relaxation meditation to clear chakras & bring ease to your nervous system.
While we may feel scared, alone, anxious, powerless, angry, confused, etc, we must stay present to what is and deal honestly with life. This means finding ways every single day to stay positive and take care of our body (immune system), mind (thoughts/emotions) & spirit (energy body).
If we get lost in the negativity and neglect our health & well-being today, we will suffer now and create negative energy in the future.
Virus/illness is low vibration energy. Health is high vibration energy.
Every time we have negative thoughts, speak negative words, act out negatively, plug into people and media sources that are negative, we weaken our immune system. A weakened immune system is susceptible to illness and attracts similar low vibration energy. This is why people who have comprised immune systems are at higher risk for getting the virus.
