In this session, Stephanie will explain what meditation is and isn't. She will guide you through a practice and give
you tools to cultivate a home practice.
Deepen Your Practice, Series of 3, 30-minute sessions $175 ($20 savings)
Stephanie will teach you ways to deepen your practice including breathing techniques (pranayama).
