What’s the secret to great looking brows?

One of the most common complaints we hear from clients is over plucked, sparse, or asymmetrical eyebrows.
Clients often express their desire for more shapely, fuller brows but don’t think it’s possible.
With a little patience and care you can get back on track to beautiful, youthful brows!
1. Put down the tweezers!
If you are looking to change or thicken the shape, avoid any hair removal for at least 8-12 weeks. This is probably the most difficult step, but crucial to avoid damaging any hair follicles.

What does it mean to live well?
For some of us it's about what we are "doing", for others it's about how we are being...and for the enlightened ones, it's both!
Both means showing up rooted in how we are being (happy, sad, peaceful, positive, grateful, angry, frustrated, negative, etc.) and that informs our doing (the human tasks of work, interact, eat, chores, rest, etc).
If we are wise, we realize that how we show up, our being, creates the experience we (and others) have in the doing.
Are we willing to become more aware of how we are being in order to shift what we choose to do?
For example, if we are being sad, maybe it's time to love ourself more by focusing on our blessings; or maybe it's time to reach out for support;

Group Meditation at the Sanctuary
On Saturday we had our first group meditation gathering in over 2 years. It was JOYFUL to gather.
