SWEDISH MASSAGE
The classic therapeutic body massage. Releases tension and promotes relaxation. Ideal for those who are new to massage or prefer a lighter touch.

DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS/MEDICAL MASSAGE
Targets the deeper layers of muscles and tendons. Concentrated pressure is used to break down adhesions (knots) caused by overuse, injury, and stress. Ideal for chronic tension. Essential for pre- or post-workout flexibility, recovery and restoration.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Smooth, healing, heat-retaining stones are used to soften and relax the muscles, allowing the therapist to melt your tension away without the pressure of deep tissue.

We use a state-of-the-art pregnancy pillow ideal for any stage of pregnancy and for clients who've had recent breast surgery or suffer from lower back problems. Swedish techniques and reflexology bring relaxation to restore mind-body connection. Eases lower back pain and water retention.

POST-NATAL MASSAGE (60 Minutes)
Post-Natal Massage is a restorative treatment designed to support new mothers as they recover from pregnancy and childbirth. It's a gentle yet therapeutic massage that helps relieve muscle tension, reduce swelling, and promote hormonal balance. Each session is customized to your comfort level and individual recovery needs, providing the care and rejuvenation every new mother deserves.

HEAD, NECK, SHOULDER MASSAGE (45 Minutes)
A 45 minute cranial focused session designed specifically for headaches, muscle tension, stiffness, sinus pain and migraine relief. Kindly note if you are pregnant, please book a pre-natal massage.

CUPPING MASSAGE 45 Minutes for $150; 60 Minutes for $185
Ideal for clients with sports injuries, chronic pain and those that need deep tissue work but like to have the whole-body experience as well. It is also a great way those who have not experience cupping massage before. Learn more about cupping here.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE TREATMENT 60 Minute (Targeted Areas) for $190; 90 Minute (Full Body) for $230
The light and slow rhythmic movements on areas of concern to stimulate lymphatic drainage with proximal and distal strokes–moving blood to the heart to renew blood. Treatments are spread a week or 2 apart with 4/8 or more sessions. As the weeks goes by the muscles recover and need drainage.
