During the facial I give a relaxing and healing face, neck, and décolleté massage. During the Winter season it is very important to keep your skin well hydrated and protected from the harsh conditions. I recommend using skincare products that contain hyaluronic acid to hold in the moisture, a vitamin C serum to heal, repair and protect your skin, a slightly heavier moisturizer and a sunscreen which adds another protective barrier. Also, l often use eye cream on my lips to nourish and help prevent dryness and cracking. Want to know another reason why having a theme for the year matters? It gives the present moment meaning and informs our attention/energy and actions. Having a theme helps us create specific intentions/goals, a vision for our life. A theme keeps us moving forward instead of stuck in the past (with regret) or stuck (with worry) about the future. Being stuck is depressing and disempowering. I believe having a theme gives us hope. A theme helps us create a future we love! Without a theme, what's our purpose?
