In particular, as my body and the environment around me have changed over the years, I have adjusted my food and vitamins accordingly. I find food & vitamins are where many struggle because of the conflicting and often confusing information out there.

Over the last 2 decades I have spent countless hours helping people look & feel amazing.
Since all lasting change starts from within, we work from the inside out.
We start building a solid foundation in nutrition (high quality food + high quality vitamins). I can't tell you how many of us are nutritionally starved resulting in low energy, excess weight, and health problems. When we eat food that is right for our unique body, we feel better. When we add high quality vitamins, they enhance what we are already doing. After we deal with our nutrition (we are what we eat), we add consistent healthy movement, energy clearing practices, and meditation.
With so much confusing information out there about what to eat and what not to eat, sometimes we are paralyzed and do nothing. The vitamin conversation is a whole other thing! It's a science. Sometimes we take the short and cheap way out with what we put in our precious body. Over time it costs us our health.

Summer is the perfect time to slow down and notice where you need to be "fed", aka, practice self care. Nobody can do this for us. And if we don't do this for ourselves, we risk becoming resentful, contracted, and unhappy! We must feed ourselves in order to feed others.

Most of my inner work over the last decade has been focused on understanding the interconnection between my physical, mental, emotional and energetic body. More recently, my focus has been on my energy body with shamanic energy healing.
Why? Healing happens faster and often with a lot less “drama” at the level of the energetic.
Why? It gets to the root of the issue in an empowering way.
Here’s an example:
Client “X” comes to me wanting to end her destructive pattern of yo-yo dieting. She goes to the doctor who tells her, “it’s time to get help”. What is the most effective help? If you ask me, working at the energetic. How?
Here’s what it looks like at each level: physical, mental/emotional, energetic
Physical: I give Client “X” a sustainable meal plan and work out routine. She is motivated to change and does well for a few months. When stress mounts at work, her discipline is lost and things go downhill, fast. Old habits return. She gains back the weight she lost. She beats herself up and winds up eating more.
Mental/Emotional: I work with Client “X” to find connection between emotional eating and stress, leading to weight gain, loss of motivation and further stress. In addition to the meal plan, and work out routine, I give Client “X” tools (meditation, affirmations, writing exercises) to help her manage stress. When the stress hits, she uses the tools to bring her back to center. Doing so helps her stay on track with her food and work out. A few months go by with her staying on track. Suddenly, work stress is at an all time high after she is passed over for a promotion she was depending on. Now her entire foundation is shaken and she is unable to stick with her eating, work out and stress relief routine. She yo-yo’s again. She beats herself up. She is tired and all motivation is gone. She is willing to try anything. Even a shamanic energy session!!
Energetic: During our session, we discover she has a fear of being seen that goes back to a traumatic event she experienced as a child. As a result of this event/wounding, she makes a silent agreement to herself that in order to be safe, she has to hide. The extra weight is insulation- a form of protection for her. For a time, the extra weight serves her. It allows her to feel safe and live her life. Then the day comes where the extra weight is now costing her more in terms of her health and overall self-esteem. She makes a conscious choice that it is time to get to the root of the issue and be a healthy weight. We work energetically to heal the wound from childhood, create a new “agreement” where she feels safe to be seen and she is given tools to implement this new agreement. As she becomes more comfortable on the inside, the outside begins to shift. She finds herself naturally wanting to make healthy choices around food, exercise, and even her work environment. She loses weight without much effort…
