These bars are vegan and gluten free.
They make for a healthy dessert or afternoon pick me up!!
2 1/2 Cups GF Oats
1 Can Pumpkin (15oz)
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp each: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 8"x8" greased pan (we love coconut oil spray). Bake 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and cut into bite size pieces! Makes about 24 depending on what you consider bite size :)
