Year End Reflection by Stephanie
Looking to reflect on the year and seed intentions for 2018? If so, get cozy and carve out some time to do this 3 part year end reflection practice: Connect, Reflect and Redirect... Connect: First, find a place that nurtures you. It could be sitting up in your bed or at a local coffee shop. Put your phones on "DND" = do not disturb. Take 10-20 breaths and center yourself. Reflect: Next, sit quietly and reflect on the past year in the key areas of your life such as: health, relationship, career, life purpose, overall well-being. As it relates to these areas, ask yourself questions such as: What am I proud of? What have I learned? What am I grateful for? What was challenging for me? Where are my growth opportunities? Write down anything and everything that comes to mind, as it comes. No judgment. Redirect: Based on your replies above, consider what you desire in 2018 in each of these areas. Ask yourself questions such as: What do I want more of? What do I want to improve and or change? What do I want to let go of? What support will I need? Write down your replies. Choose one area you would like to focus on starting in January. As the year progresses, revisit your notes and gradually adjust as needed. Keep in mind that sometimes priorities change and that too is part of life...growth. I support you! Comments are closed.
