There was a time when I prided myself on always being busy. I guess in some ways it made me feel important, fulfilled, worthy, and safe.
It also allowed me not to hear the deeper voice within saying stop, slow down...listen...enjoy.

These days I pride myself on having space, slowing down, and not being too busy. Amazing the transformation!
When I push to old ways, my nervous system goes into overdrive and I get cranky. Old habits die hard.
How about you?
Are you making time for you?

I never had a day when I said to myself, "wow, I wish I hadn't meditated or gotten that massage."
