This is an intensive workshop created to deepen our understanding of the CHAKRA SYSTEM and how it affects our energy system. Bring Your Crystals! Learn effective techniques to help you cleanse and balance your chakras so you can keep yourself happy, positive, calm and full of energy.

Chakra balancing creates a sense of equilibrium between your body, mind and spirit. When your chakras are returned to their natural frequencies, inner peace, well-being and happiness follows.

Stephanie uses meditation, mantra, visualization and crystals to help you connect to your higher self.
