Show yourself self love this week! Take time to engage in activities that bring nourishment to your body, mind & spirit. Examples: - Meditate - Take a bath - Call a friend - Go for a walk in nature - Journal - Rest - Get a facial or massage or energy work What does self love look like to you?! Do it!! When we commit to OUR self care, it is an act of self love, and it has a ripple effect.
