When it comes to the vitamins and wellness products I've been using for 15 years now, often people ask me where to start. Likely it won't be with the exact products I am using. It's a science and I have fined tuned it over the years.
Using the marathon example...
Let's say you want to run a marathon yet have not ever ran for more than 5 minutes. Doesn't it make sense that your training program would not be the as someone running marathons for 15 years?
Your program would be designed for someone starting out...
Similarly to someone who has been running marathons for 15 years, I would not tell someone to take the exact products I am taking! That wouldn't be fair or make sense. And you probably would be upset with me!!
