Yes! You! Can! How? Commitment. What does commitment mean to you? In this episode Stephanie discusses the power of commitment and why it's a necessary ingredient for an amazing life. In the previous episode she gave you a year end review practice to do. Have you done it? Are you committed to your life? To an amazing life? Why is commitment essential? Being FULLY committed - in good times and bad - helps us develop the necessary skills to see it through: perseverance, wisdom, patience, kindness, to name a few... As humans, we veer off the path. Commitment gets us back on it. As humans, our emotional state: fear, doubt, worry...often wins out over our dreams. It doesn't have to be this way! When times are challenging, and we commit to big dreams, we also have to commit to our commitments. In order to have an amazing life we must master the ability to commit, re-commit, and stay emotionally balanced. This is YOUR one PRECIOUS life. Commit 100%. You deserve it. I support you.
