As 2018 winds down it's an opportunity to look back on 2018 with gratitude and celebration. You have learned and grown in the face of everything. Yay.

Here's my offer-- Before we start seeding intentions for 2019, take a moment to reflect on 2018 and ask yourself:

1. What did I learn?
2. What was challenging?
3. What do I want to let go of?

Write your responses very briefly on a piece of paper, preferably 3x3 post it.
