Summer is for self care!

Stephanie will lead group through a guided meditation on self care and end with a shamanic group energy healing. 

During the group healing Stephanie will ask our helping spirits from the transcendent realms to come into our circle and bring healing to our group. 

Please keep in mind Shamanism is a life path. These practices require patience and a healthy dose of not trying to "mentally figure it out".
