Meditation is a powerful tool to unite all parts  of our self - body, mind and spirit. 
Group Meditation Class
Tuesdays at 7:00pm

​In this small group one hour class you will be guided on a meditation journey to bring balance to body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.
The benefits of meditation are endless but here are some of the main ones:​
