When we aren't creating abundance in all areas of our life (health/relationship/money/purpose, etc.)-- it is because we are out of alignment with our soul.

What can we do? Glad you asked. We can DO a lot!!! It starts by bringing our soul back into alignment.

What does it mean to be in alignment?
It means that we are sharing our divine gifts and making choices that align with our soul, which is a unique expression of the divine.

Why is this important to be in alignment?
It’s important because when we’re in alignment, we create abundance in all areas of our life. Physically we experience health and healthy, fulfilling relationships. Mentally we experience clarity and calm. Emotionally we experience balance and mastery. Financially we experience having enough material abundance for our needs. Spiritually we feel connected.
When we are in alignment, we are living the best version of ourselves.

How do we get out of alignment?
We get out of alignment when we make choices that are not aligned with who we are at Soul level. These are considered negative choices for our soul.

Why do we make negative choices for our soul?
Two main reasons. The first is that we often don’t know who we are at Soul level. We don’t have an understanding of our unique gifts and therefore were not able to fully express those gifts. Second when we experience traumatic events, whether it’s in a past life or present life, we make choices that are not aligned with our soul. When we do this, we create a block or restriction. Over time this block or restriction becomes a pattern. Often we don’t even realize it’s happening because it’s become such a part of who we are. The block or restriction literally becomes part of our "blueprint".  The problem is --  the block or restriction is actually not who we are. That's one reason we continue to repeat the same mistakes - we are simply making the same choices.

How do I know when if I am out of alignment?
This can present in many ways. On a physical level we might feel depleted/exhausted and experience trauma.
On a mental level we may feel fuzzy/confused.  On an emotional level we may feel anything from a sense of being out of control, or stuck to even feeling nothing. On a financial level we may experience lack.  Spiritually we may feel disconnected or not aligned to a higher purpose. We basically know that something is off, but we’re not sure what. Because we’re not aligned at Soul level, we’re not fully accessing our divine gifts so we’re not creating abundance in all areas of our life.

What’s entailed in a Soul Realignment® session ?
With your permission, I will access your Akashic record, which is the record of every choice your soul has ever made. Think of it as a database of information at the soul level. When I access your record, I’m looking at who you are at Soul level, what your divine gifts are, and what blocks and restrictions are coming up that are blocking you from fully accessing your gifts.

How can a Soul Realignment® session help me?
Think of it like this. In order to come back into alignment, and create abundance in all areas of your life, you must know what is out of alignment and why. It’s also extremely helpful to know who you are at Soul level because it explains what situations, relationships, and experiences will most benefit you and help you create abundance in your life. It’s almost like having a map of who you are. Having an understanding of yourself at Soul Level often answers a lot of questions about why you attract certain situations and relationships into your life. Knowing what blocks and restrictions are appearing will help you identify why you have made choices in the past (and still in the present!)that aren’t creating the life that you want. In addition to finding out who you are at Soul level and uncovering blocks and restrictions, we will clear these blocks and restrictions. The combination will support you in  making choices to support you in living your most abundant life.

All sessions take place via Zoom and are recorded. They are approximately one hour long.
