Are you living with purpose, on purpose?
9 out of 10 people engage in energetic & mentorship work with me because they want to know their "purpose". It got me thinking. Why? I can only look to my own life to answer this, and it's deeply personal. Until I became clear on my purpose for being in this body, I was not fully able to live with purpose. Living with no purpose was unfulfilling and depressing at best. What woke me up to my purpose? Tragedy. Not all of us have to awaken through a tragedy, yet many of us do. I shared how my first great awakening came on the heels of a tragedy in October of 2004 here. Since 2004 I have dedicated my life to offering what I have learned both inside and outside the "classroom" to help others awaken to their purpose. As with all my of offerings, I take a God centered spiritual approach to help others awaken to their purpose and create a life they love. When fully embodied in this creative process, we tap into divine energy, wisdom, and the laws of success. Does this interest you? If you are screaming YES, let's connect! With gratitude & love, Stephanie I've been speaking a lot lately about creation.
Why? The times call for it. Many of us give up too soon because we either don't know - or we forget - we have the power to create our reality. The most important question to focus on when creating is this: How am I being in my doing and what am I creating as a result? I dug up my Mind the Gap podcast episode from 2020 where I take you on a journey to help you create generative success in your life. Why generative? Many reasons! It’s efficient, enjoyable, smart, powerful...long lasting and requires much less effort. Most people focus on what they want to create first, then on what to do, and finally how it will make them feel / be. In this episode Stephanie shares why this approach is backwards!!! She shares why the magic happens when we focus on being - which informs doing - which creates massive results. Stephanie also shares her 4 step formula (the 4D’s) to help you put this magic into practice. The 4D’s are: disengage, discern, decide, do. You won’t want to miss this one. Step outside your comfort zone (cause that’s where the magic lives). Grab a pen, paper and let’s go. >>>Listen Here. >>>Looking for more support? Manifesting, one of my favorite topics! These days I prefer the word creation. Why? Manifestation feels like doing. I don't know about you, I don't need more to "do'". On the other hand, creation feels like being, because it is. What do I mean? As I have talked about countless times before, creation is always happening! Our thoughts, words, deeds become our life. They are energy. A thought creates. A word creates. Action creates. Powerful. Example: Once we fully embrace our creatorship, instead of asking for a "relationship", we ask for a healthy, engaging, loving, kind...partner. Then we BECOME the healthy, engaging, loving, kind, partner. Our being and doing merge. Then we attract the partner. *Remember, we always attract WHO we ARE being, not what we "want". We up level our game by leveling up our energy. Then we take action from this place of elevation. As we do, the inner world (our being) and outer world (the physical form) align. It's not my "law", it's simply the law of the universe. We are magnets. When we understand and experience this magnetism at every level of our being, we can choose to create consciously (from the vision we have for our life) ...instead of unconsciously (from past conditioning and wounds). How do we create? First, we become still (yes, prayer and meditation!) Second, we ask our higher self, God, our guides, for wisdom (yes, prayer and meditation again). Third, we commit and begin to take small, daily action to bring our vision into the physical. Last, we stay accountable to a mentor, guide, or someone we respect deeply. If you like what you are attracting, awesome. If you don't like what/who you are attracting, maybe it's time to take a look at who YOU are being instead of only what you are doing. As creators, we need both: being and doing. How can you tap into your creatorship? >>>Attend Saturdays On-Line Event with Stephanie >>>Meditation >>>Energy Work >>>Soul Realignment® Last week I spoke about life and life transitions and how to handle them with courage, grace and curiosity.
This month we also have another way to tap into the energy of the eclipses to help us. Eclipses are gateways or portals that can support us in transformation by embracing endings, wisdom, and re-direction. On 9/7 we had the lunar eclipse. We can plug into the energy of this eclipse over the next few weeks to help let go of what no longer serves us, and see the reality of our life situation with courage. It is also a fabulous time to connect more deeply to our intuition and receive wisdom on next steps. By letting go of the old we prepare ourselves for the next eclipse - a solar eclipse taking place on 9/21. The solar eclipse will be about healing, and planting seeds for what we want to create from a place of love, service, and peace. You may find yourself feeling "extra" emotional during this time. You are not alone. Continue to practice daily self care. If you need TLC, come see us at the Sanctuary. We see you and support you. >>>Book Sanctuary Many of us are experiencing the fatigue that comes with life -- and life transitions. With fatigue often comes other emotions that can derail us like frustration, lack of clarity...feeling disconnected and afraid.
How do we handle life and life transitions with courage, grace and curiosity? First, slow down! You might be thinking that's impossible with "so much to do". As the summer winds down we must as well. The "transitions" we and our loved ones are experiencing can be related to back to school, back to work, back to life in perhaps a "new" way. If we aren't mindful we will take on both what they are feeling in addition to what we are feeling!!! Yup, it's "a lot". As I've written about in the past, especially as it relates to "anxious energy", at times it is hard to discern what we are feeling and where / who it is coming from! In addition, times of transition and change often bring about this "anxious" energy. While it's not always pleasant, the discomfort that comes with newness and the unknown is normal! And yes, it's healthy. Rest assured, you are not alone. It is simply part of being human :) What else can we do? Embrace ways of being that return us to a state of emotional balance...also known as equanimity. As I talk about in Chapter Two of my book Reclaiming JOY, the emotional roller coaster is not sustainable and keeps us stuck. We react and often cause more turmoil. This simple practice, called BRFWA, (that we love and use often at the Sanctuary) brings us back to a relaxed state - where we focus on "being" and bring our emotions back in balance. From this place of emotional balance or equanimity, we are able to ride the emotional wave without drowning in it / losing ourselves for too long. In equanimity we find our way back to peace and clarity and perhaps even a chuckle. Once clear, we are able to take clear, focused action that keeps us on the path of peace as we move toward our goals. BRFWA Explained (Give yourself at least 3-5 minutes to experience this). Breathe: As a wave of emotion comes over you, slow down your breath. Allow your breath to flow freely in and out. Relax: As you slow down your breath, your mind and body will begin to relax. Soften your muscles, let go of mental and physical tension. Feel: As you relax, you are able to soften into what you are feeling. Stay open to the sensations and emotions moving through you in this moment. Watch: While feeling, you watch your experience closely, neither grasping what is pleasant nor pushing away what is painful. Allow: As you watch, you allow the process to unfold. You accept yourself and your experience exactly as it is, dropping the need to change it in any way. BRWFA is the practice of being present. Being present is what we learn during meditation.
