Body, Mind, Spirit Discussion & Guided Meditation with Stephanie Tuesday, 5/19/20 @8:00PM Via Zoom How we manage our body, mind, spirit -- energy -- during this covid-19 pandemic is crucial to our health & well-being today-- and what we will create for our future. This isn't going away anytime soon. Join Stephanie to discuss ways to stay positive & healthy in body, mind & spirit during this time. At the end of the session, she will lead a guided relaxation meditation to clear chakras & bring ease to your nervous system. While we may feel scared, alone, anxious, powerless, angry, confused, etc, we must stay present to what is and deal honestly with life. This means finding ways every single day to stay positive and take care of our body (immune system), mind (thoughts/emotions) & spirit (energy body). If we get lost in the negativity and neglect our health & well-being today, we will suffer now and create negative energy in the future. Virus/illness is low vibration energy. Health is high vibration energy. Every time we have negative thoughts, speak negative words, act out negatively, plug into people and media sources that are negative, we weaken our immune system. A weakened immune system is susceptible to illness and attracts similar low vibration energy. This is why people who have comprised immune systems are at higher risk for getting the virus. RSVP Required in advance. After registration you will receive Zoom details. Cost: $27/person Register Here. We have all experienced them.
Right now some of us are facing the biggest challenges of our life. Being home many of us have much more time in relationship. Often this brings to the surface the challenges we’ve been “too busy” to deal with... Sometimes those challenges are with ourselves! We live alone and have to deal with ourselves. Some of us are faced with our self in relationship and also with those we live with! Whatever the case, it can feel overwhelming at times yet we have “nowhere to go”... except inward :) These challenges/obstacles show us what we have learn and where we have to grow. So, what if we use this time to hone skills? What if we decide to use the challenges as a gift? To nurture the inner garden. To be willing to see truth. To deepen relationships. To experience the freedom that comes from resisting nothing? When we are willing to embrace the obstacles as an opportunities to awaken... we slowly start to live the life of our dreams. In this weeks podcast Stephanie talks about all of it. Tune in! Share. Discuss. Let’s go!! >>LISTEN HERE.
