2. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by calling us directly, or by visiting the spa in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, you will be billed the full cost of the treatment as booked.
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and only you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your commitment to us and arrive for your appointment on time.
Please understand our technicians are only paid when they deliver a service. Missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.

4. What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for services provided, series purchased, or gift certificates purchased.
5. Should I arrive early? What is parking like?
Yes! We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to check in, fill out any necessary forms, and relax before your treatment. Street parking is available with 2-hour meters. Pay meters with quarters or the Pango app.
6. What should I wear to the spa?
Wear comfortable clothing. For massage and body treatments, you may undress to your comfort level—your privacy will always be respected.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure your preferred time and service.

Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
9. What if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions. We offer pregnancy-safe services and can tailor treatments to your needs with your doctor’s approval.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Spa gift cards are available for any amount and make perfect gifts for any occasion. You can purchase them online or in-store.
11. What products do you use?
We use high-quality, cruelty-free, and mostly natural or organic products from trusted skincare and wellness brands. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please let us know in advance.
12. Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in our prices and is at your discretion. A typical gratuity is 15–20% of the service cost, based on your satisfaction. Cash is preferred, SOME providers have Venmo or Zelle.
13. Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not. We can only provide receipts, some clients submit it to their insurance for reimbursement, but we do not accept any insurance.
