Last week we talked about how yoga means union and connects us to our body, mind and spirit.
Guess what? So does meditation. More than ever anxiety and "noise" are at an all time high. As a result, we feel lonely and disconnected. We are stressed, tired and no longer know what we want or need to be joy-filled and at peace. Enough, right?
The practice of meditation is a powerful way to relax and experience the value of "quiet".
