Reiki is a Japanese energetic healing technique that works holistically on the body, mind and spirit from the inside out. Reiki energy breaks up and flushes out energy blockages, often built up over time, whether from past trauma, toxins in our food /environment, lack of movement, or chronic patterns of negative thinking or emotions - which we know by now affect us on a cellular level.
Reiki re balances the body’s complex energy systems and opening the channels for the body to heal itself.

Heather has been a student of holistic wellness since she was 14 years old. Before she even knew what the term “reiki” was, she was practicing it on her friends. She is passionate about helping clients reduce stress and anxiety through her energy work.
Heather has gained knowledge from some of the most experienced teacher trainers in the country (Reiki: Jeff Migdow, Brett Bevell, and Libby Barnett. Yoga: Devarshi Steven Hartman, Jovinna Chan, and Lakshmi Voelker).
When she’s not practicing reiki or on her yoga mat, Heather enjoys seeing live music. Taken from the lyrics of her favorite song by The Allman Brothers, she hopes her sessions will “let your Soul Shine”!

Yummy, Healthy, Indulgent, Energizing Creation from Stephanie's kitchen!!
2 cups gluten free oats
1 cup organic salted creamy peanut butter
1/4 agave cup (more if you want sweeter)
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup cacao powder
Mix all in a bowl until sticky. Adjust peanut butter and agave to get it sticky. Press into rectangle 14x9 baking dish . Freeze 2 hours. Cut when frozen as they fall apart fast. Store in freezer or fridge.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga means union. Yoga therapy is the practice of applying yoga teachings to connect body, mind, & spirit. People come to Yoga Therapy to manage physical injury or pain, and/or mental and emotional stress or trauma.

Year End Reflection by Stephanie
Looking to reflect on the year and seed intentions for 2018?
If so, get cozy and carve out some time to do this 3 part year end reflection practice: Connect, Reflect and Redirect...
First, find a place that nurtures you. It could be sitting up in your bed or at a local coffee shop. Put your phones on "DND" = do not disturb. Take 10-20 breaths and center yourself.
Next, sit quietly and reflect on the past year in the key areas of your life such as: health, relationship, career, life purpose, overall well-being.
As it relates to these areas, ask yourself questions such as:
What am I proud of?
What have I learned?
What am I grateful for?
What was challenging for me?
Where are my growth opportunities?
Write down anything and everything that comes to mind, as it comes. No judgment.
Based on your replies above, consider what you desire in 2018 in each of these areas.
Ask yourself questions such as:
What do I want more of?
What do I want to improve and or change?
What do I want to let go of?
What support will I need?
Write down your replies. Choose one area you would like to focus on starting in January.
As the year progresses, revisit your notes and gradually adjust as needed. Keep in mind that sometimes priorities change and that too is part of life...growth. I support you!
